What Lens Cap should i buy?
Does any lens cap fit on any lens. I have sigma zoom 28-80mm macro and a Canon Rebel 2000 camera. How do i know what lens cap i need?

The simple answer is no. Different lens thread sizes will be displayed on your lens… look for a symbol that looks like this followed by the lens diameter in mm: Ø 52mm
You can ask the salesperson (bring the Camera Body in) for a Lens Cover for the body. They also vary based on the mount design.
