Emotions vexed in complexities,
rippled in movements of waves.
This sand is concrete, oblivious to tides.
No tactile sensation awaits the suns gaze
The crabs beneath heed no warnings,
of the turmoil concealed deep.
Moon & sun offer no contrast,
nothing transposes the sand’s paralysis.
The ocean bellows in agony,
for the darkness is gaining feet.
The palest water surrenders without attempt,
icy judgment freezes the water just so.
The cracks of the glacier are exposed.
Ice burns the decrepit soul,
banishing warm responses.
Passion and love ignite a corrupt spark.
the candle is hibernating,
the wax drippings are stagnant with dust.
