What is a belly dance for beginners good dvd will help me get in shape?
Hope to try to drop in better shape and I learned that belly dancing is a great way to do it. I can not go to every class and I am unable to provide (students). Thus, a DVD would be a better solution for me. I want something that's good for fitness, but he teaches traditional belly dance. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!
You're right! Middle Eastern dance is an expressive art to maintain their fitness fun. There are many songs that this teaching. Go to the library and look in dance and the arts scene. View all books, dvd, vhs to Bellydance! Add to each one of them. These collections are usually entry level. Some are better than others. But at least you can see some before you buy. I found that some records that I love, are despised by others. It is a matter of personal choice. What really makes a difference in fitness and dance is its consistency of regular practice. I urge you to make a local class or two whenever you can. It is a fun and more can connect with other classmates and perhaps the practice as well as outside of class. A teacher will be present to answer your questions and comments on your technique and posture (very, very important, especially as a beginner) If you go to amazon.com there are many comments on educational films written by professors and students. I've written several myself. Finally, if money is tight … Do not visit your local library, where you can try before you buy DVD's! In response to your request for a "good instructional video to get in shape "I must say that I have not found a jazzercize / aerobic and fitness video belly dance style that I recommend. In terms of content and quality: I love this series of tribal issues Chance Bellydance by fat. This is just my personal opinion and I know others may argue with me. But there's my two cents:)
