Why are my contact lens case always dirty?
I wash my contact lens case once every two days and i change the solution everyday but whenever i take my contacts out of them in the morning. There’s always little specks of black and orange at the bottom of them. They look fine to me before i put the contacts in? Will this damage my contacts?? Or is the debris coming from my contacts??? I’m a new contacts wearer so I’m really new at this
