Sony Ericsson K850i: Brain Blends With Beauty
Sony Ericsson K850i is indeed unique in its design, style and technological sophistications. The embedded high quality camera makes it worth comparable to modern digital cameras. Automatic Lens Cover, instead of the previous mechanical one of Sony Ericsson models, is another feature of the handset that deserves to be mentioned.
The photo unit of Sony Ericsson K850i which consists of a 5 megapixel camera is its major strength. The twist in design that Sony Ericsson has implemented in K850i is that we do not find the usual external shutter that covers the lens. The lens gets hidden beneath the glass and is somewhat buried in its back portion. The shutter, which envelops the glass, is released only when the camera mode is activated. This shutter protects your handset from extreme sunlight. The unique design gives you the feel of using a digital camera and not a handset. The high-tech device is sure to enchant you with its enhanced image quality and functionality. The top row of the numeric keypad has its own backlighting. The rim around the lens emits blue light when the camera is switched on. This helps you to locate the exact position of your Camera Lens. Xenon lens, which is by now a common feature of camera phones, is present in Sony Ericsson K850i as well. Apart from this, the handset also has LED flash in order to enhance image quality during night. Thus, both flash types are incorporated in the device. That the mechanical lens cover of previous models of Sony Ericsson gives way to an automatic one is a notable change implemented in K850i.
The battery section of Sony Ericsson K850i is made appealing. You do not have to remove the cover for changing the cell. Instead, there is a slide-out door, through which you can have access to battery, SIM card and Memory Stick. Again, this design reminds one of digital cameras. Touch-sensitive and smooth keypads make the handset user-friendly. The embedded accelerometer is another unique aspect of Sony Ericsson K850i. The entertainment section of the handset is also complete with advanced music and video options.
